A joyous creature lived somewhere in the Abyss, a trickster with a somewhat bell-shaped cloak dancing his way about a village. The masked people shunned him for he knows few and only sings of non-sense provoking the anger of his working peers.

Thus he met the girl, overjoyed about someone who would listen to him. But the girl was on the run and trying to hide from a far greater threat when his dancing and singing ultimately revealed her.
Bard danced on the spot kicking his feet out left and right successively while jumping on the straight leg making his cloak bounce. His head jerked to either side with his jumping as his mask continued to dread the moment he was born.
Rooted, petrified, the girl could only listen.
